Stopped at the Washington Blvd location today and was quite impressed! The manager was very helpful and took time to explain how everything worked. Car looks great! Definitely recommend if you are in the area!

The Washington Blvd location was closed multiple times last week and has been closed all of this week. No text message alerting users, no sign on the kiosk, and no email to key members know. Reached out to customer service and after waiting days for a return call as advised the won’t issue a credit “per their terms and conditions.” I pay $60 a month for a membership and this location is the only one in the city/East End. I really expected better from this company, but it’s clear customer service is their last concern. Staffing this location with employees who only stare at their phones and reek of weed should already had me considering canceling.

I contacted customer service before leaving my review and would have not left a low review if they were willing to assist. I unknowingly was signed up for a recurring monthly membership by an attendant stationed at the payment kiosk. They recommended the "one month membership" and when I agreed, I gave them my card and they signed me up on the kiosk. When I saw the charge on my card for the second month, I immediately contacted them to cancel my membership and refund me. They cancelled the membership but refused the refund on the grounds that they "require five days notice before the charge to cancel it." It would have been impossible for me to contact them beforehand, because I had no idea that the attendant signed me up for a recurring membership. They then claimed that the terms and services were displayed on the kiosk -- which was fully operated for my by the attendant. Furthermore, I took my car through this wash twice. The first time, my back window didn't get cleaned (or fully rinsed off). And, the second time I immediately got a flat tire, so make of that what you will. I don' t know if it had anything to do with the car wash or not. You can look at the other reviews I've

Lashawn was very informative regarding products. She made sure our vehicle got the right package to do the job. We spilled 5 gallons of paint in the bed of our truck..she went all out to make sure we were paint free. Very nice attitude and overall kind. Thank you again for taking such good care of us. So sorry for the paint we left behind on the sidewalk.... I will 100% come here again and recommend for others to do so.
